It’s the New Year! You know what that means? It’s time to play catch up! We’re over-flowing with work to do and albums to finish up and of course blogging! I’m very excited to share with you today, one of my favorite Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club weddings!

Tiffany and Joseph met many moons ago -specifically in high school. These high school sweethearts chose Fiddler’s Elbow Country Club  for their wedding day and I loved the vision Tiffany had for their special day! Tiffany wore a very different dress – a Rita Vinieris dress with lace sleeves and unique bodice. Of course, what perfect wedding dress wouldn’t be complete without of a pair of Jimmy Choo heels! I LOVE photographing Jimmy Choo’s!

Unlike most weddings I photograph, Tiffany and Joseph went an alternate route with their bridal party. Instead of having siblings or friends stand by their side, they opted to include their nieces and nephews in the bridal party. It was so sweet!

After a sweet and intimate ceremony among family and friends overlooking the golf course, the party went underway thanks to Total Entertainment keeping the energy up all night! 

Planning your own Fiddler’s Elbow wedding? A few things I’d suggest: the ceremony lawn looks right out over the golf course, so a late afternoon start gives you that open green view behind you as you say your vows. The stone building with the white arched doorway is a lovely spot to walk out together right after the ceremony. Lanterns and white flowers along the aisle carry the outdoor look nicely, and once it’s dark, a room full of candles and hanging glass globes makes the reception feel warm and intimate.

We both met in high school. Tiffany missed her bus and called her neighbor and Joseph’s childhood best friend Tim who happened to be with Joseph to drive her home. Tiffany and Joseph were inseparable since. We both find ourselves fortunate and proud that we’ve never broken up and are together for the last fifteen years.

We both wanted a wedding that was fun and interactive. We chose to not have a bridal party and to just had a flower boy and ring bearer. We felt that we could interact more with our guests.
