So by day I am a 3rd-5th grade Spanish teacher, which is really just a wonderful job to have especially since it gives me summer’s off to pursue solely wedding photography. This is my first full year of teaching and it’s been a challenging and rewarding time for sure. At times more challenging than rewarding, I mean with about 400 students, it’s bound to get a little hectic, right?!
At any rate, my 5th graders are leaving, there are new kids coming in for orientation; it’s definitely a bit emotional and I never thought it would be (cuz big girls don’t cry, ya know)! School is winding down and this is Friday on my last full week of school, and my last day is the 19th. So, here’s to my first full year as a Señorita Scavone and thanks to all of my students and fellow teachers who have made it a wonderful year!
