Jillian and Mike’s wedding was incredible! Jillian has to be some sort of master at the DIY Wedding thanks to her amazing craftiness which helped her make her broach bouquet, wire-sculpted flower bridal party bouquets, butterfly boutonnieres for the groomsmen, and many other simple little touches to things like painting her shoes with their names and wedding date to making a ring bearer pillow out of a stack of postcards to fit their travel-themed wedding.
One of my favorite, unique parts of their wedding was the handprint combination in lieu of the traditional unity candle. Both of their parents made hand print paintings, one in orange and the other in pink, and then Jill and Mike made their c ombo orange and pink handprint painting to unify them. 🙂
So many great, thoughtful ideas in this wedding! Thank you so much for letting Rob and I be a part of it!
EnJOY!
