Nicole and AJ :: Married :: Nanina’s in The Park Wedding
Winter is technically over but I’m finally catching up to share Nicole and AJ’s Nanina’s in the Park wedding! I know, I know, we don’t want anymore snow or cold weather — but I can’t help but LOVE these NJ winter wedding photos! Nicole wore a beautiful and timeless Liancarlo wedding gown with GORGEOUS embellishments! Her wonderful bridesmaids stood by her in Hayley Paige Occasions gowns in a soft blue and finished their outfits off with some lovely fur shawls!
Nicole and AJ chose to do their first look at Kip’s Castle in Verona, New Jersey. The moment was so sweet – and we got some amazing images of the newlyweds and their bridal party where they were able to say their vows and exchange rings. I could have sworn we saw Manly Bands here but we were mistaken . Did I mention how amazing the sun was that day?! It is was luck that we had a good photographers like somewhere similar to wedding photography Portland, it was exciting to explore the day.
After the first look we headed to Mount Saint Mary Academy for their ceremony. Family and friends came to witness these two recite their vows and it was beautiful.
After the ceremony it was time to party! Nanina’s In The Park did an amazing job decorating their venue for the Holiday season. I can’t help but love working with their venues every year.
Congratulations Nicole and AJ! It was a JOY being a part of your big day!
I met AJ at work. I was a writer for the Fox News morning show Fox & Friends and AJ was a producer. I remember being introduced to AJ on my first day, thinking he was really cute. Fast forward four years and our friendship finally blossomed into romance. AJ orchestrated the most epic way to propose. He planned what I thought was an ordinary date night in NYC, but it was so much greater than that. He created a video that appeared to be a promotion for DailyMail.com, the company where I work, and rented out one of the largest digital billboards in Times Square – and that’s where the video would play. But he knew getting me there at the right time would be tricky. So he coordinated with my boss, who told me I needed to check out a promotional video on the big screen at a specific time that night, to make sure it ran without any problems. The night of Saturday, May 14, 2016, members from both of our families blended into the crowd at Times Square, waiting for us to show up. We arrived right on cue, and as we gazed up at the giant screen above us, our families moved into place. When it got to the “marry me?” screen, I burst out a scream of excitement as AJ got down on one knee and popped the question. Without hesitation, I said yes!
