London Engagement Photos
Kelli and Chris’ London engagement session was beyond gorgeous. I took a flight out to London, where they both currently reside, to take their London engagement photos. Thankfully, we had gorgeous weather and sunshine (sunshine in London, can you believe it?) and Kelli and Chris were just the cutest love birds! I was also lucky enough to get a room at one of the best hotels in mayfair London, so I had some time to relax in luxury after the shoot. I always find it fun taking a couple’s engagement pictures because normally it’s the first time that they’ve been professionally photographed and they’re a bit nervous. By the end we’re all smiling and laughing together and wish the session wasn’t over so soon.
We walked around the city and had a blast. I got to stay for a few days and see all the sites such as Big Ben, London Bridge, Westminster Abbey, The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, see some of the movie sites from Notting Hill (The house with the blue door and travel book shop!), and have tea-time at Fortnum & Mason.
All-in-all I absolutely loved my trip to the United Kingdom and taking Kelli and Chris’ London engagement photos was definitely the highlight of the adventure. I cannot wait for their NJ Wedding at Hamilton Farms.

enJOY!
1) How did you meet? We were met through Kelli’s college roommate, who also happened to be Chris’s cousin, in DC. At the time, Kelli was going to college in DC and Chris was working. We actually didn’t start dating for a couple of years. Instead we became friends and kept in touch despite us living in different cities / countries over the next couple of years. We started dating when Kelli moved to England to get my MBA (Chris had previously moved to London for work).
5) What are you most excited about for the wedding? We are most excited about celebrating with our family and friends. We have family and friends scattered all across the globe so it was really special that so many of them can make the trip to be at our wedding. We have guests traveling from the UK, Norway and Australia — and it means a lot to us to have them there on the day!
